“I spent over 10 years working inside juvenile residential treatment programs, supporting youth after they had already entered the system. I saw firsthand that many young people could have taken a different path if someone reached them sooner.
That realization pushed me to step out of facility work and create Pierces Youth Network, Inc — a program focused on guiding youth before they ever reach a placement. Today, I lead PYN with one purpose: to help youth change their path before the system ever has a chance to claim them.”
What We Offer
Pierces Youth Network, Inc. provides early prevention, mentorship, and youth outreach services designed to support at-risk youth ages 10–18. Our programs help young people build confidence, responsibility, leadership skills, and positive decision-making abilities.
We support youth through:

• Weekend enrichment & safe outings
• Community service & outreach activities
• Positive accountability & goal-setting
• School and behavior support
Our goal is to meet youth where they are, provide structure and guidance, and help them stay on a safe and successful path.
