What We Offer
Pierces Youth Network’s Young Men’s Development Program provides structured mentorship, prevention, and leadership development services for young men ages 12-18.
Our program is designed to help young men develop:

We deliver our services through a combination of:

• Life skills & leadership development

Our goal is to meet young men where they are, provide consistent structure and mentorship, and guide them toward long-term success through Support, Accountability & Growth.
The PYN Pillars
All PYN programs are built around five core pillars that guide how we mentor, teach, and support young men throughout our 12-week development cycle.
Identity & Self-Awareness
We help young men build confidence, self-worth, and a clear understanding of who they are and who they are becoming.
Character & Discipline
We teach accountability, respect, and self-control through structure, consistency, and clear expectations.
Life & Social Skills
We develop communication, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy decision-making skills needed for daily life.
Leadership & Brotherhood
We build teamwork, responsibility, and positive influence while emphasizing unity, brotherhood, and leading by example.
Future Readiness
We prepare young men for success in school, work, and life through goal setting, career exposure, and future-focused planning.
