Pierces Youth Network’s Young Men’s Development Program provides structured mentorship, prevention, and leadership development services for young men ages 13–17.

Our program is designed to build:

Pierces Youth Network Leadership

Donnell Pierces, CEO & President

Donnell Pierces is the CEO, and President of Pierces Youth Network (PYN), bringing over a decade of leadership experience in youth development, residential care, mentorship, and prevention-focused programming.

Throughout his career, Donnell has led teams within high-risk and structured residential environments, overseeing program development, compliance, staff supervision, and crisis management. His experience spans working with justice-involved youth, youth impacted by trauma, and young men in need of structured intervention and accountability.

Donnell is deeply committed to early intervention, measurable outcomes, and building sustainable programs that promote discipline, leadership, and long-term success. His vision for PYN is to create structured, mentorship-driven environments that empower young men to reach their full potential and positively impact their communities.

Calvin Pye Jr., Vice President of Operations

Calvin Pye Jr. is a dedicated youth advocate and nonprofit leader with several years of experience managing group homes and supporting youth in structured residential environments. Raised in Detroit, Michigan, his background has shaped a deep commitment to serving underserved communities and addressing the challenges young people face.


Throughout his career, Calvin has led group home operations with an emphasis on mentorship, accountability, and compassionate support. His mission is centered on the encouragement, development, and empowerment of youth, helping them build confidence, resilience, and life skills through structure, guidance, and positive role modeling. Calvin believes that when youth are given consistent support and opportunity, they are capable of creating meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
